Some of my favorite photographs from Malaysia

I went to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in September-October 2024. All photographs were taken by my phone (Samsung S24 FE), and then edited with the Adobe Lightroom App.

Seri Wawasan Bridge

It’s a very beautiful cable stay bridge. Very cool to look at in the evening when it’s lit up. Gives a cyberpunk vibe. Seri Wawasan Bridge

Kuala Lumpur Concrete Jungle

This is a faraway view from my hotel. Kuala lumpur has lots of tall concrete buildings. Kuala Lumpur view from Komune Building

Putrajaya Mosque

Putrajaya has a very beautiful pink colored mosque. Very peaceful place. I noticed that the speaker systems in there were really high quality, and the Imam’s voice was very clear in the outside courtyard. Putrajaya Mosque

Menara Kuala Lumpur

I didn’t get a chance to go up there, it’s actually so much smaller compared to the other buildings in the city. But still very iconic. Menara Kuala Lumpur viewed from Chinatown Streets

Merdeka 118

The second tallest building (debatable?) in the world. If you’re in the city, or just seeing photographs, it doesn’t seem like it’s that tall compared to other buildings. But when you’re coming from the airport into the city, that’s when you can really see how much taller it is compared to the others. Unfortunately it was still under construction when I was there, and going up wasn’t possible. Merdeka 118

China-Malaysia Friendship Garden in Putrajaya

We saw a cosplayer there, which was my first time seeing a cosplayer in real life. The garden is very peaceful, small, well kept with Koi fish pond. China-Malaysia Friendship Garden in Putrajaya

Malacca Tower

Malacca is a historical town, and the tower is iconic. Malacca Tower
